You can collect your order for free from my Oxford shop within the shop opening hours, however it is best to let me know in advance when do you plan to collect it.

I belive that you would absolutely love my ceramis but if for any reason you would like to return it, you can do it within 14 days after receiving it.

Buyer is responsible for return postage costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.

Refunds will be made upon receiving the item back.

Yes, I can gift wrap your order for additional small charge. Please add this item from the shop section. If you are purchasing few items and would like them to be gift wrapped individually, please add the same amount of gift wraps to your order.

For some workshops like Kintsugi or decoration with ceramic transfers I can be hired and perform it at your venue as long as it is located in Oxford or nearby. Please contact me to discuss the details.

Yes we do! We are happy to discuss your custom order. It does not matter if it is for one piece or 100. We will be happy to design and create for you a ceramic piece.
